Operational Compliance Services, LLC has contracted Web Architects, Inc. to re-design their company website.

Operational Compliance, LLC specializes in audits and writing policies pertaining to compliance with federal regulatory requirements. In particular they are familiar with SEC and NASD regulations, and assist brokerage firms, securities dealers, and other financial institutions with compliance issues.

Operational Compliance, LLC is headed by Anne Czizek, a veteran of Drexel Burnham Lambert in New York City, Merrill Lynch, Marina Securities (a regional broker/dealer located in Florida), Summit Investment Management, and The Headlands Group. At all four firms she was involved in trading, operations, compliance, and administrative duties.
